Offering a premium, unique and safe environment for you and your friends and family, to release your inner built up frustrations. Our mission is to provide a fun adrenaline filled yet therapeutic experience that helps our clients manage stress and anger.
Solo and group sessions are tailored for all ages 12+
We aim to be the go-to destination for out of the box anger management in the local area.
Our team is dedicated to ensuring your safety and satisfaction, providing all necessary PPE and guidance for your session.
A waiver must be signed before your session.

When you book Angry Smash, you’re paying for the UK’s most immersive destruction experience — A fully staged setup ready to be wrecked, not just a few bottles and plates!
Take Note!
- This is a supervised activity and a steward will be monitoring your smash session at all times for safety purposes.
- You will get HOT please dress accordingly as PPE MUST be worn at all times whilst on site.
- Please arrive no earlier than 10 MINUTES before your reservation time.
- A deposit is required and is non refundable for no shows.
- Anyone we feel is intoxicated by either drugs or alcohol will not be permitted on site for obvious safety reasons. NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN
IF YOU ARRIVE LATE THIS WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR SMASH TIME!

Crockery Carnage!
(12+)
Step into Crockery Carnage! Our new epic glass and crockery-smashing experience for ages 12+. An explosive release of stress, rage, and pure adrenaline. No judgment. Just you, your weapon of choice, and a whole lot of things begging to be smashed.
30 mins
Large table of smashables plus 1 bucket of random smashables per participant.
Junior Smash Session (12--14 years)
Up to 4 in one room.
Can add a parent to join in.
Let the teens loose in 1 of our rooms.
Guaranteed to leave them feeling naughty, excited and exhasted by the end. The ultimate teen thrill.
Limited to 4 persons per room.

Solo Smash Session
The Solo Smash Session offers a therapeutic release for individuals needing to vent frustrations quickly and effectively in a fun and safe enviroment.

Group Rage provides a private room for groups to bond and relieve stress together. Perfect for all occasions.

Vehicle Smash Experience
Max 5 people
Vandalism done legally!
Smash your way through 1 of our vehicles ranging from cars to caravans, we've even smashed a luton truck!
With heavy duty weapons such as pickaxes, sledgehammers and crowbars plus much more with our incredible vehicle smash experience.
Maximum of 5 people
1 hour slot including PPE and briefing.
Smashables
Items can include but not limited to.
Big items such as chest of drawers, wardrobes, tables, mirrors, big tvs etc.
Medium items such as household electricals, lamps, tvs, monitors, laptops etc.
Crockery, glassware, china etc.
PPE
(Personal Protective Equipment)
At Angry Smash Ltd your safety is important to us.
During your session you will be provided with all relevant PPE this will include overalls, gloves, safety glasses, helmet and steel toe cap boots and full face shield.
All PPE must be worn at all times whilst in the Rage room!
You will also be given advice and guidance before your session starts.

Video license or POV HelmetCam
There is a £5 Video license fee to film on our premises.
This means if you would like to take your phone inside the rage room to film your experience you can pay the fee.
You are required to put your phone on the holder in the transparent lock box for protection so you can film your experience on your own device.
This makes it alot easier to share your experience with your friends and family.
Only 1 per room.
Or for £12 you can get the ultimate POV HelmetCam.
Raw footage of every smash, every hit, every broken glass seen through your point of view.
Footage will be sent to the email address you booked with.
